Mamonde is a Korean cosmetics brand owned by AmorePacific, and it organizes itself by flower: each line takes one plant and pairs it with a job. Flora Glow is the rose line, carrying the toners and liquid masks. Age Control Camellia runs the anti-ageing basics, Calming Shot Azulene the soothing ones, Amazing Deep Mint the cleansing, and Pore Shrinker Bakuchiol the pores.

The numbers it publishes sit in one place. The Flora Glow Rose Water Toner is sold on a single figure — 90% real rose water, listed in its own ingredients as Rosa damascena flower water at 90%. Across the range it groups its botanical pairings under a house name, Hyper-Flora.

A rose water toner, a flower essence sheet mask, a lip sleeping mask, a tint balm: four different lines, one shared idea. Three things are worth unpacking — what that 90% figure contains, what Hyper-Flora points to, and how far a flower works as shorthand for a skin job.

Take the 90% first. A flower water is a hydrosol — the aromatic water left when steam passes through petals to capture the essential oil, mostly water carrying traces of scent compounds. So 90% rose water means the base itself is rose water rather than the plain water most toners are built on: a soothing foundation, with the actives in the remaining tenth.
